Primarily self-taught, my experience with After Effects is vast and varying. From music videos to instructive tutorials to the art form known as “fan edits,” I’ve done it all.

The Keeper: Title Sequence

A title sequence for a show that doesn’t exist, The Keeper is the culmination of a 10-week Motion Graphics course taught by Clayton Brown.

ADDITIONAL PORTFOLIOS:

STICKY - Concept Lyric Video

A practice in typography and stylized music videos, this exercise imagines what it could look like if I was given creative control over the lyric video for Tyler, The Creator’s song, “Sticky."

Creative Projects

Additional assignments from Brown’s course, these short projects showcase different motion graphics techniques using a variety of assets.

Animated Graphics

Graphics are fun and all, but you know what’s even better? Moving Graphics. These are some short, often-looping graphics that I’ve created to increase audience engagement on social media.

Edits

Colloquially known as fan edits, these creative videos have been known to draw an audience on social media. However, more recently, film and TV studios have been seen using them on TikTok to boost engagement–take a look at Lionsgate’s official account if you need proof.

*Please note that the edits shown here were made utilizing my own photos and videos, featuring people I know personally. (If you’d like to see edits I’ve made using movies and TV, feel free to reach out.)
